From the moment I walked in, I felt rushed and pressured to keep things brief. After describing my health concerns, I received a response that felt dismissive: "there's nothing I can do for you on Friday afternoon!" It struck me as odd that if nothing could be done at that time, the appointment slot was offered in the first place. I would have appreciated a more considerate explanation about why I might need to return on a different day for proper assessment, rather than being told bluntly that nothing could be done. The overall manner was insensitive, disrespectful, and unkind. Reflecting on the consultation afterwards, I was also troubled by another comment made in what felt like a condescending tone, which came across as particularly inappropriate and hurtful. The interaction left me feeling dismissed and undervalued as a patient. I'm disappointed by how differently this appointment went compared to my previous experiences, and I would have hoped for a more professional and compassionate approach to my healthcare concerns.
