There is nowhere else to leave feedback about the medical professionals at this practice, but my experience needs to be shared. My husband attended an appointment yesterday and found it deeply unsatisfactory. I was troubled by the clinician's reluctance to arrange what seemed like a necessary diagnostic test for someone with a significant medical history and concerning health markers. I was also concerned by comments made regarding a particular health intervention that contradicted established medical guidance. I question the standards applied when recruiting staff at this practice. This experience has left us seriously considering whether to continue as patients here.

My father is a registered patient at this practice. Whenever he requires medical attention, I am able to secure an appointment promptly without any difficulty. For instance, on a recent occasion I contacted the practice in the late afternoon and an appointment slot was made available to him within the same hour! This level of responsiveness is excellent. The reception team are courteous and professional, while the clinicians demonstrate kindness, attentiveness and genuine support. I would strongly recommend this practice to others. My father receives excellent care here and were I to relocate to the area, I would certainly consider registering as a patient myself.

The receptionist at the front desk was quite unwelcoming and dismissive. When visiting simply to collect medication, the interaction left me feeling very uncomfortable and upset. The service felt unhelpful and poorly managed. However, the clinical staff members were excellent and provided good care.
