The earliest appointment I could secure was three weeks away, which seems completely unacceptable! When I called, the staff suggested my medical concern wasn't urgent enough to warrant an earlier consultation. This response left me feeling thoroughly disheartened and undervalued as a patient.

I explained my urgent need for an appointment regarding an infected toe, which I'd previously discussed with a pharmacist on King Street. She promptly promised to help and immediately sent a text confirming an 11am slot. The doctor was excellent, quickly issuing a prescription, and I was then immediately seen by the nurse. I was truly impressed by the swift response, the compassionate approach, and the professional demeanor of every staff member - from the receptionist to the doctor and nurse. My sincere appreciation goes out to the entire team for their outstanding care.
