Patient Experience Summary

Appointment availability emerges as the dominant concern across feedback, with patients reporting severe difficulty securing consultations through phone booking systems that operate on restricted windows and consistently show no availability. Waiting experiences are frequently cited as problematic, encompassing both extended phone queue times before reaching reception and lengthy waits in practice facilities once appointments are obtained. Communication failures appear systemic, ranging from unresponsive phone lines and dropped calls to delayed prescription processing and administrative delays affecting patient care continuity.

Reception experience presents a mixed picture. While some patients praise courteous and helpful staff, others report dismissive, disrespectful, or condescending conduct that compounds frustration with access difficulties. Several reviews highlight issues with booking system dysfunction, including online platforms that are difficult to navigate and callback systems that fail to function as promised. Prescription service efficiency varies considerably, with some patients experiencing prompt processing while others report repeated delays and forgotten requests.

Positive feedback acknowledges exceptional clinical care from healthcare professionals, compassionate treatment during consultations, and a welcoming environment when patients do gain access. However, these strengths are substantially overshadowed by systemic access and communication challenges that leave many patients unable to obtain timely appointments or reach the practice by phone, creating significant barriers to receiving care.

Bad!

Worst pharmacy service ever terrible prescription experience

Absolutely hopeless every single occasion I've requested a prescription refill, I've been forced to return the following day to collect the items they've forgotten. They should fire the entire staff - they're completely incompetent.

Bad!

Terrible healthcare experience with endless waiting times

The waiting room experience is appalling. As someone battling epilepsy, I've been repeatedly relocated to an isolated room during seizure episodes and left waiting for 3 hours to consult a physician. I'm exhausted from repeatedly explaining my inability to endure long wait times, yet when attempting to schedule an appointment, they either have no availability or insist I use the walk-in sit and wait service.

Bad!

Disappointing decline in healthcare service quality

It's disheartening to witness an organization that prioritizes financial gain over the well-being of patients. The current approach seems more focused on administrative processes than genuine patient support, a far cry from the quality of service when I initially became a patient. Recently, I was instructed to call for an afternoon appointment at 1:30 PM, and upon dialing at 1:37 PM, I was informed that all slots were already filled. How is it possible that every single appointment was booked in just seven minutes? Earlier, when I was physically present at the reception during lunchtime, why didn't the receptionist simply schedule my appointment then? This experience epitomizes the decline in patient-centered care, revealing a system that seems more concerned with bureaucratic efficiency than actual patient needs.

Bad!

Terrible healthcare with endless wait times

Absolutely the most disappointing medical practice I've encountered. Scheduling appointments is a nightmare, and even when you manage to secure one, you're looking at an endless waiting period. I endured months of anticipation for a minor surgical procedure, only to have it abruptly cancelled on the day due to a nurse's absence, with the promise of another three-month delay. This is utterly unacceptable. The inconsistency is striking - you never encounter the same physician twice. Patients are hurried through consultations without proper consideration. If you're seeking urgent care, the process involves a morning call for a same-day slot, followed by an interminable wait upon arrival. It's evident that the management of this facility requires serious scrutiny and immediate intervention from higher authorities to address these systemic failures.

Frustrating wait times ruin entire patient experience

Every time I try to schedule a visit, it's impossible. The waiting room is always packed, and you're guaranteed to spend roughly two hours just sitting around doing nothing.

Bad!

Terrible medical practice with zero patient care

Would give zero rating to these physicians if possible, but the system won't let me! This is completely unacceptable! Trying to book appointments is impossible - there are never any slots available ... you just end up waiting endlessly! Some patients can't afford to sacrifice an entire day's earnings for a brief 10-minute consultation! If you're on the brink of a mental health crisis, they'd be totally indifferent!! I called at 1:30 pm to schedule an appointment... and had to redial 84 times before finally being told no appointments were open!
