The appointment fell short of expectations. The clinical assessment felt rushed and incomplete. I attended with multiple concerning symptoms including widespread itching and skin irritation, alongside digestive discomfort, reflux issues, and blood in stools, plus concerns about possible swelling in the neck area. During the visit, the examination was limited to palpation of the neck region, after which I was told there were no apparent issues. Despite my ongoing abdominal discomfort, I was simply directed to arrange a separate abdominal assessment and discharged without any medication. I left without receiving the support I needed for my symptoms. I'm uncertain whether this reflects the standard approach at the practice or whether my experience was influenced by other factors, but I felt the care provided did not meet the standard I would have expected.

I'm confused about why the Practice promotes an early urgent care service starting at 7am when this facility doesn't appear to be available in practice. Why advertise something that isn't operational? Additionally, I'm frustrated about having to ring the surgery again regarding a matter that has worsened and developed further following what I felt was inadequate attention during a telephone consultation earlier in the week. Very pleased with the service at this medical centre. All staff members are extremely helpful and I have never had difficulty obtaining an appointment. If I cannot see the doctor, I can always arrange to see a nurse instead. One particular doctor has been exceptionally kind and could not be better. I reported finding a lump and expressed concern about sharp stabbing pains associated with it, but after a brief examination I was told it was likely benign tissue. However, I was then prescribed medication typically used for digestive issues, which seemed inappropriate and unhelpful. Additionally, I have experienced recurring problems with my prescriptions on a monthly basis, with essential medications frequently omitted from my orders. These repeated errors with pain relief and mood-regulating medications have been particularly frustrating.
