He genuinely listened to my concerns and dedicated ample time to discussing my health matters. The reception staff are equally warm and welcoming, creating an atmosphere that feels more like a close-knit family than a medical facility. After being a patient here for half a century, I can unequivocally state that I would not consider changing healthcare providers. Dr. Malladi and his entire team deserve high praise for their exceptional care and dedication!!

I've never experienced a more frustrating GP practice in my life, which is why I've switched providers. Here's why: 1. Dr Maladi completely disregarded my distress, dismissing my tears and pain as "mild hypermobility". A hospital visit revealed I actually have a rare form of Ehlers Danlos requiring medication. 2. They consistently obstruct my medication access, forcing me to travel to London repeatedly. 3. Their records bizarrely show I have no medical conditions, despite my diagnosed EDS and asthma. 4. They've categorized my asthma as an acute condition, preventing me from obtaining an inhaler - resulting in a severe asthma attack that sent me to the hospital. 5. When I requested a post-surgery medical note for work, they claimed I never had surgery. 6. A 1 pm appointment means you'll inevitably wait until 5 pm due to their chronic delays. 7. Getting an appointment is practically impossible - your chances are essentially zero, even if you call the instant they open at 8:30. 8. Honestly, these reasons should speak for themselves.

When scheduling an appointment with him, anticipate significant delays. I was booked for 10:20, yet wasn't called until 10:45. Moreover, should you attempt to share your perspective on any matter, he AGGRESSIVELY RESPONDS BY SHOUTING! This behavior is extremely concerning - ironically, if I were to raise my voice, I'd likely face potential legal consequences through NHS reporting. The surgical facility is competent, but I strongly urge you to STEER CLEAR of Dr. Malladi at all costs if you value your well-being. If the clinic's management genuinely cares about maintaining their reputation and patient welfare, I request they provide contact information to address these serious issues. Otherwise, I am prepared to escalate this matter through official channels like "PALS".

The scheduling process here is incredibly frustrating. It's nearly impossible to secure an appointment, and their phone response time is painfully slow. I attempted to book an afternoon slot at 1:10 PM, only to be told that bookings aren't currently available, with instructions to call back at 3:30 PM. The illogical part? During that same conversation, I was somehow able to schedule an appointment for my son next week. I'm completely baffled by their inconsistent booking policy - why the restriction for same-day appointments when future dates are freely accessible?

The medical practice consistently delivers exceptional service. The young receptionist is truly remarkable, and her presence was a saving grace. Unfortunately, the older telephone operator could benefit from improving her interpersonal skills and developing a more helpful attitude. It's genuinely disappointing... I typically visit another medical practice affiliated with this one However, on a particular occasion, I required an appointment at this specific surgery, which was with Dr. Gardiner I cannot express enough praise for her, having consulted numerous physicians throughout my life. I don't believe I've ever encountered a doctor who made me feel so at ease. I've now had two consultations with her I've additionally met with a few of the other doctors who were equally pleasant In general, I am consistently satisfied with the entire medical practice. The reception staff have always been courteous, and my medical concerns have invariably been addressed effectively
