I have never experienced such a diminishing attitude from anyone within the NHS. I left that appointment and decided I would not return. I have since registered with a different GP practice, marking only the third one throughout my lifetime. I'm hopeful this change will bring a more positive experience! It was unfortunate to leave behind the nursing staff, as they were all genuinely kind and supportive.
