Hard to get appointments when you need them

I had a frustrating experience at this surgery. My parents, who both have ongoing health concerns, feel they are not receiving adequate medication management for their symptoms. Additionally, I sustained a significant injury and was not provided with pain relief that I felt was sufficient for my condition. We have also struggled to secure timely appointments with clinical staff, which has added to our disappointment with the service.
