Absolutely zero stars warranted! The process of scheduling an appointment is a complete nightmare. I sought to modify my birth control method, but was inexplicably blocked from doing so. I've been desperately attempting to secure an appointment for days, and the response has been total silence.

Terrible doctors with dangerous medical mistakes

Reaching out to this medical practice is an exercise in futility. Their performance has been consistently disappointing whenever assistance was required. One can't help but question the legitimacy of their medical qualifications. Exercise extreme caution, as they mistakenly prescribed medication that reignited a previous health problem. While the front desk staff are commendable, the physicians are alarmingly incompetent. You'll definitely need a hefty dose of luck if you decide to seek treatment here!

Arranging a phone consultation proves frustrating, particularly for those with jobs. They attempt contact at the most inconvenient moment and then dispatch a message telling you to ring the medical office. When I contacted them, they claimed multiple unsuccessful call attempts, insisting I reschedule - a claim I know is false, and I have evidence they only tried reaching me once.

Utilized the initial app to obtain a medical certificate for financial purposes, but a week later, upon contacting them, I was informed they had no record. What's the purpose of such an application? Terrible healthcare service causing patient unnecessary suffering

Where do I begin? If I could award less than a star, I absolutely would. My partner has been suffering intensely for a fortnight. She underwent a blood test two weeks back but remains without any results... She's been shuffled between various physicians, each providing conflicting advice. One of their own doctors has informed her that she was incorrectly prescribed medication. A recent telephone consultation was entirely futile - her concerns went unaddressed and the staff showed zero compassion or willingness to provide comfort. She was assured another doctor would contact her this morning (Monday 6th March), yet no communication has been attempted whatsoever to update her. This situation is completely unacceptable! The customer service and communication from every staff member is deplorable. I am committed to pursuing this complaint and ensuring a thorough investigation occurs. I ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT recommend this GP practice to anyone!!

This establishment has hit rock bottom. Their phone system prioritizes muzzling frustrated patients over addressing staff issues. I've been stuck as "first in line" for two decades' worth of minutes. Previously, I arranged a return call only to have the line abruptly disconnected, even after courteously requesting a brief moment to find a private speaking space - which would take mere seconds. Our healthcare infrastructure is completely decimated. This breakdown is glaringly evident in the unmotivated, lethargic personnel. A handful might be decent, but the majority seem intent on hurrying through calls with a condescending attitude.

Unprofessional and negligent healthcare service fails patients

Unbelievable how unprofessional these medical professionals are! They scheduled a phone consultation for my sister's mental health and then sent a deceptive text claiming they attempted to call three times, yet no actual call or missed call record exists - essentially fabricating the truth! Additionally, when I inquired about an appointment for my toddler, I was curtly dismissed with no availability for over a week, which is incredibly concerning given the current strep A outbreak. The staff didn't even bother to ask about the nature of my child's medical need, showing a complete lack of care and empathy.

Truly the most unprofessional service imaginable. I sought a medical document and they dragged their feet for more than two weeks just to quote a price. Then they made me wait an additional three to four weeks, only to ultimately inform me that they cannot complete the task.
