Dangerous medical care that puts patients at risk
This medical practice is appalling... They've repeatedly issued incorrect prescriptions for my son and myself. I unknowingly took the wrong medication for almost a year, which explained my poor health. A scan referral was delayed by six months because the letter was misplaced in their office. The practice manager is perpetually unavailable. The staff demonstrate zero compassion or concern for patients, and any attempts to raise complaints are futile. The Care Quality Commission absolutely needs to investigate this surgery! I'm currently searching for alternative healthcare providers as I feel completely abandoned by this practice. My son's critical medical review yesterday lasted barely three minutes. While I acknowledge the NHS's financial constraints and understand the systemic pressures, basic human empathy and professional dedication cost nothing. Healthcare professionals are supposed to be protecting lives, not making patients feel utterly worthless!!!

I'll hold every single receptionist at this medical practice accountable if any harm comes to my daughter. She attempted to register with a GP today, March 27th, 2019, due to her heart condition, and they were nothing short of disrespectful. They seemed more preoccupied with discussing reality TV shows than assisting her. Registering a patient surely shouldn't require 20 minutes of waiting around. This entire situation is completely unacceptable and shameful 😡
