The medical professionals themselves are typically competent, but the practice is severely undermined by its absolutely atrocious front desk personnel. From the bespectacled, rotund receptionist with her condescending smirk and invasive stares, to the prescription counter staff member who embodies willful ignorance, it seems the hiring criteria revolve around a deep-seated disdain for patients and an ability to demonstrate maximum contempt. The administrative team's appalling attitude is so toxic that I strongly recommend seeking healthcare elsewhere if possible. Steer clear of Riverside Medical Center to preserve your mental well-being!

Nonetheless, I can genuinely affirm that our experience thus far has been exceptionally positive. The personnel are remarkably courteous and professional, and scheduling appointments has been incredibly straightforward. I would enthusiastically endorse this surgery to others.

Worst medical service ever experienced by patient

Completely worthless and not worth your time. They claimed they would help me get a referral to a specialist, but they failed to submit the necessary documentation. As a result, I've been left hanging for nearly a year with absolutely no progress.

Numerous areas require significant improvement, resulting in an unsatisfactory patient journey and a frustrating absence of proper care. Frustrating waste of time at overcrowded clinic

I endured an excessive wait exceeding sixty minutes for a consultation with a pharmacist who ultimately proved unable to prescribe medication without first consulting a general practitioner. The consequence was prolonged exposure of patients to each other's potential infections in the crowded waiting area. This medical practice consistently demonstrates abysmal service. They repeatedly leverage NHS funding constraints as a justification for denying necessary treatment referrals and display a woefully inadequate comprehension of patient care options both externally and internally. While they may technically offer same-day appointments after an exhausting 45-minute phone queue, the resulting treatment plan is invariably superficial and ineffective - akin to applying a mere bandage to a critical wound.

Friendly staff make doctor visits less stressful

Typically able to secure same-day scheduling. Phone hold times can drag on, yet the staff consistently provides excellent assistance. Despite my aversion to injections, Lucy is phenomenal! Her vibrant personality is so engaging that it completely distracts you from any medical anxiety.
