Compassionate care for my sick little girl
When my daughter fell ill this past Monday, I reached out to the medical practice. The receptionist was incredibly supportive and understanding, guiding me through checking my daughter's temperature and promptly scheduling a doctor's appointment. We arrived at the surgery, waited just a brief 5 minutes, and saw a compassionate physician who was excellent with my child. The doctor prescribed antibiotics, and we were back home within half an hour. I couldn't have hoped for more efficient or caring treatment. I'm truly thankful for how quickly and smoothly the entire process went, and I'm relieved that my daughter is now on the path to recovery and feeling much improved.

System's completely useless, and you can never communicate with your personal physician. The receptionists are incredibly discourteous, and the on-duty doctors seem incompetent. To be fair, the veteran doctors who've been around for years are actually competent, but accessing them is practically impossible.

It's virtually impossible for local residents or UK natives to secure an appointment at their own practice, as we've become an increasingly marginalized demographic. Just examine the profiles of those leaving positive feedback—doesn't that speak volumes? However, I've discovered a workaround. Sign up for Patient Access and request a repeat prescription. The prescription portal enables direct messaging to your GP, bypassing traditional channels. After unsuccessfully attempting to schedule an appointment for seven weeks, including repeated early morning calls, I simply left a message through Patient Access. Remarkably, my personal physician reached out to me that same day! This method is absolutely essential—it's the sole effective strategy for getting medical attention!!!

Trying to book a doctor's appointment is becoming impossible for working individuals. The morning phone lines at 8:30 are a nightmare, and by the time you can actually make a call, all available slots have vanished. This happens consistently, and the reception staff offer zero assistance. The current scheduling system is completely broken and fails those who are employed. In my personal experience, I've only managed to see the doctor twice in five years, and on both occasions, they were running 45 minutes behind schedule. This is absolutely unacceptable. It's clearly time for a change, and surely Evesham can provide a more efficient healthcare booking system!

Their role is undeniably demanding and intense, and they absolutely deserve more recognition and support!!! Getting an appointment with your personal doctor has become challenging. Now, you must first explain your symptoms to the receptionist, who will relay the information to the GP. The doctor then determines whether an in-person consultation is necessary - an approach I find extremely frustrating. Despite this inconvenience, the medical facility itself is impressive. The premises are immaculately maintained, well-designed, and roomy. The administrative staff are consistently friendly and professional. The primary drawback remains the chronic tardiness of the physician, with consultations perpetually running behind schedule, meaning patients are never seen at the designated time.
