Terrible service and broken healthcare system

Utterly appalling medical service. I've recently started using their new PATCHS system for submitting healthcare requests meant to be evaluated by a doctor. However, each time, a receptionist merely responds that no appointments are available and suggests trying again the following day. The entire purpose of PATCHS seems pointless if patients are consistently being turned away. In one specific instance, I submitted a prescription request that should have been reviewed by a GP, but instead, the reception staff unilaterally scheduled an appointment I never requested. Now they're attempting to reprimand me for not attending an appointment I never confirmed in the first place.

Amazing doctor saved my painful shoulder journey

OH MY GOODNESS! Such terrible reviews 😱. I was contemplating switching to Riverside because my current situation is DREADFUL 😠. Recently, I was referred to St Caths and saw Dr. Hussain. Since July, I've been suffering from an unbearably painful shoulder (stress🤔). And Dr. Hussain has completely resolved it 🤗. What an incredible professional!!!. I wish he could transfer to 'Devany medical centre'🤔 ... though I probably won't be staying there much longer. 😠 THANK YOU SO MUCH DR. HUSSAIN!!!!!.

Yesterday, I was left in suspense from 11 AM until almost 6 PM, only to receive a phone call informing me that my son has an infection, leaving me feeling helpless due to the late hour. This morning, I scheduled a doctor's appointment for my 5-month-old son at 11:15. It's now 11:50, and I'm still sitting in the waiting room. This situation is unacceptable, and it's clear that significant improvements are needed in their scheduling and patient care.

Neglectful doctors destroy hope and patient's life

I've been consistently disregarded regarding my medical concerns by this clinic for approximately 5 years. They repeatedly promise referrals, solutions, and diagnostic tests, but nothing ever comes to fruition. If I cannot restore my health by January, I intend to end my life outside the clinic at night, and the blame will rest squarely on the incompetent physicians at this deplorable medical practice. I've communicated my inability to continue living in this state and my urgent need for a referral elsewhere. This conversation occurred in December, and I was assured I would receive an appointment. Predictably, they've "conveniently forgotten" again. Moreover, Hassan Hussein dismissively claimed "You're too young to have cancer" while displaying a shockingly callous and disrespectful attitude towards me.

Unhelpful receptionist blocking patient appointments

There's a female receptionist who is falsely claiming no available appointments when slots actually exist. My support worker attempted to schedule an appointment for me but was unsuccessful until I personally called and secured a booking. A similar situation occurred yesterday, and only when I spoke with the male staff member who occasionally works the front desk was I able to make progress. Both my support worker and I intend to file formal complaints about this particular receptionist's unhelpful and misleading behavior.

They keep bombarding me with irritating messages about getting a flu shot, even though I already received mine on October 22nd at 9:33 AM. The NHS continues to pester me with unnecessary texts about a vaccination I've already completed.

Unprofessional wait times ruined my entire day

I arrived at my scheduled time 10 minutes ahead, yet found myself waiting 40 minutes beyond my appointment slot without being seen. They repeatedly assured me I was next in line, but then proceeded to call in 4 patients who had arrived 15 minutes after me. Frustrated, I told them to cancel my appointment as I had numerous tasks to complete before day's end. The reception staff displayed complete indifference, offering nothing more than a dismissive "we're behind" as an explanation, with zero attempt to assist or accommodate me. While I genuinely support and respect NHS staff, I cannot accept being treated with such disregard and lack of consideration. As a result, I will definitely be seeking out a more professional and patient-focused medical practice.
