Disappointing medical experience with poor patient care
Been a patient here for a decade, and I'm thoroughly disappointed. The wait times are consistently excessive, and when you finally get to see a physician, you feel hurried through the appointment. It seems like they don't genuinely listen to your concerns. The constant rotation of doctors means you never establish a consistent relationship with a healthcare provider. The entire experience is incredibly aggravating and lacks the personal touch, making it challenging to discuss your health issues openly and comfortably.

Disorganized medical practice with terrible record keeping
After changing my healthcare provider to this medical practice, I've encountered two frustrating instances of administrative disorganization. 1) I requested a prescription, and they confirmed I could collect it in three days. Upon returning, they claimed no knowledge of my prescription request. 2) I scheduled a doctor's appointment, arrived on the designated day, and was informed that no record of my booking existed. Both times I made these arrangements directly at the doctor's office, yet somehow I vanish from their system. I'm uncertain whether this is due to staff incompetence or technological failures, but clearly something is fundamentally wrong with their record-keeping.

Terrible service destroys decades of medical excellence
I've been coming to this place for 67 years, and the receptionists are absolutely terrible, treating patients like they don't matter. The old medical center was wonderful, and Dr. Jones was simply incredible. They'll never find another doctor like him. I never once heard him complain, and the other doctors back then were equally dedicated, working tirelessly day and night. The receptionists in those days were truly exceptional!

Boots pharmacy drama solved by switching chemists
I've recently started with this medical practice and it's actually quite decent, especially now that I can manage my own prescriptions. Previously, when I was using Boots pharmacy across the bridge, they constantly blamed the doctors for prescription errors. Now I understand the real issue was with Boots - since switching, I've experienced no problems at all! Take that, Boots! P.S. I'm now using the small pharmacy near Lidl, and they are absolutely fantastic. Their service is incredibly helpful, and they go above and beyond. Their shop is wonderful, and their prices are as competitive as any discount store. I genuinely can't recommend them enough!

Terrible service from incompetent and unhelpful staff
Attempting to schedule an appointment is an absolute ordeal, with their phone system requiring constant redial for around six minutes before potentially connecting. The reception staff are incredibly frustrating, frequently misrepresenting conversations and falsely claiming statements were made. They denied a home visit despite me meeting their stated "housebound" criteria, completely failing to fulfill their basic responsibilities. I've consulted multiple physicians at this clinic, and they've consistently been excellent. On two instances, I experienced a problem with a misplaced prescription, but the staff handled it smoothly. My sole complaint is with the receptionist, who displayed an incredibly unpleasant demeanor. When I phoned to schedule an appointment, I was met with a dismissive tone and instructed to call back the following morning. Since my appointment wasn't time-sensitive and I was booking well in advance, this attitude was particularly unnecessary.
