During my time here, I've experienced lost samples and was condescendingly dismissed when raising concerns about their integrity and GDPR compliance. A critical sample disappeared on a Friday, forcing me to delay my next submission until Monday due to weekend closure. I found it suspiciously coincidental that my sample vanished after previously submitting a critical review following a hostile receptionist encounter. The absence of camera surveillance on the sample collection desk seemed deliberately convenient and demonstrated profound organizational incompetence. Like numerous other patients, I've endured some of the most horrific interactions imaginable with their reception staff and supposed "manager". Not only do they verbally assault patients aggressively, but they also manipulate, gaslight, and challenge you to confront their unprofessional behavior. When attempting to address complaints with their management, issues are systematically minimized, with blame invariably redirected onto the patient, delivered through an incredibly patronizing and manipulative approach. The most egregious aspect is their threat to remove patients from their practice list if negative online reviews aren't deleted. Beyond their atrocious treatment, patients are effectively silenced from providing honest feedback. I'll be pursuing external complaint channels and definitively leaving this practice. Just review the approximately 40+ negative testimonials for confirmation.

Be warned: they are secretly documenting every conversation without consent or transparency. Their priority is clearly self-preservation, even if it means sacrificing patient trust. Their behavior is absolutely reprehensible and completely unprofessional. I am unequivocally done with them and will never give them another chance. A simple morning call results in phone triage, with in-person consultations arranged as necessary. Prescription renewals have always been seamless. I've consulted various doctors multiple times over recent years for different health concerns, and I have absolutely no complaints. I even received an immediate appointment with a physiotherapy specialist when I had a related issue. My friends were utterly amazed. Currently, all I hear from people is constant moaning about impossibly long wait times and how challenging it is to see a healthcare professional. However, that's not the situation here. I consider myself fortunate to access same-day medical consultations with doctors or nurses. Right now, many individuals are paying substantial private fees for this level of service, yet I receive it routinely through this practice.

Their suggestion to complete an online form after 18:30 is laughable - if I wanted to do that, I wouldn't have called in the first place. This surgery epitomizes administrative hurdles and dehumanization. Joining requires jumping through ridiculous hoops. To register, you must arrive on a specific day, at a specific time. When I showed up on the designated day, the receptionist smugly declared, "We only accept new applications between 9 and 12". My response? "Well, lucky it's 11 o'clock." Apparently, appointments are now accessible only during a narrow window. I wouldn't be shocked if they demanded standing on one leg during a full moon to secure a consultation. Save yourself the hassle and avoid. *FOLLOW UP* Concerned about long-term antibiotic use for acne, I obtained a private blood test revealing potential liver damage. I discontinued the medication; my acne returned, but liver markers normalized. When I discussed this with the doctor, they dismissively ignored my test results and refused further appointments or alternative treatments until I underwent their specific blood test. Their cavalier response? "6 months wasn't long enough on antibiotics... maybe try a year and see how that works?"
