Missed appointment despite painful back journey
I am utterly frustrated with the reception's handling of my situation today. Due to transportation disruptions with the train strike and delayed bus, I arrived 25 minutes behind schedule. I had proactively informed the receptionist beforehand about my potential late arrival and explained my severe back pain. Despite this, the receptionist refused to let me see the physiotherapist. This is particularly galling because in previous visits, I have consistently been punctual, yet today I was turned away when I was merely running late. The additional stress of rushing from the station has only intensified my existing pain. It is unacceptable that a receptionist can unilaterally decide a patient's fate without consulting the medical professional, especially when the patient is clearly in significant discomfort. Their rigid approach shows a complete lack of compassion and understanding.

Confusing care for my knee injury
Complete waste of time and medical incompetence. I received a potential meniscal cartilage tear diagnosis and was directed to get an x-ray, which makes absolutely no sense since x-rays are designed for bone imaging, not soft tissue examination. When I challenged the doctor about this, they claimed I "must have an x-ray before a CT scan" can be ordered. Roughly two weeks later, the surgery's staff randomly informed me that I don't have arthritis - a condition I was never originally diagnosed with. When I tried explaining this to the receptionist, she simply stated, "That's all I have in front of me." Absolutely no treatment, no solution, and they flatly refused to let me speak directly with the doctor or have the doctor contact me back.

Terrible medical procedure - Steer clear unless you're seeking complications. The entire experience was a nightmare from start to finish. The surgeon seemed incompetent, the staff was unprofessional, and the aftermath was pure misery. I cannot emphasize enough how much I regret going through with this. Save yourself the pain and find a different healthcare provider. This was, without a doubt, the worst medical decision I've ever made.
