Patient Experience Summary

Feedback reveals significant challenges with appointment access and booking systems, which emerge as the practice's most persistent issue. Patients report difficulty securing timely consultations through both phone and online channels, with extended waiting times and limited availability frequently cited. Reception experience is notably inconsistent, with some staff described as helpful and responsive while others are characterised as discourteous and unhelpful, creating an uneven service experience across interactions.

Communication failures appear throughout the feedback, including missed follow-ups, delayed prescription processing, and inadequate information provision during initial contact. Several patients describe feeling dismissed or not listened to during consultations, with concerns about care quality and professional competence raised across multiple reviews. A smaller number of positive experiences highlight responsive staff, compassionate care, and efficient service, though these remain outweighed by accounts of organisational dysfunction and staff inconsistency.

The practice's systems for managing appointments, prescriptions, and patient communication require substantial improvement to address the widespread frustration evident in feedback. While some individual staff members receive praise for their support and professionalism, systemic issues with access, organisation, and responsiveness appear to be the primary drivers of patient dissatisfaction.

Terrible healthcare service that fails its patients

Without a doubt, this is the most incompetent general practitioner I've ever encountered. I've been struggling to secure an appointment for months after they arbitrarily terminated my prescriptions upon my relocation, even before obtaining my medical history. Repeatedly, I've been instructed to submit the required form, which I have diligently done, only to receive constant rejections. The situation is incredibly distressing for patients managing chronic health conditions. The level of unprofessionalism is absolutely appalling!

Worst medical practice ever terrible service nightmare

The medical practice appears deserted every single visit. Receptionists are completely useless and unhelpful. They constantly redirect you to online channels, which then bounce you to local pharmacies, who refer you to NHS 111, which instructs you to call your practice - but the receptionists remain unable to assist. In-person communication is already impossible... I'm baffled by the very existence of their reception desk. During my registration, I completed numerous forms and detailed my ongoing prescriptions, yet they took no action whatsoever. Consequently, I was left without medication for a fortnight. To make matters worse, they scheduled my initial appointment with a healthcare worker who was visibly searching Google to learn how to measure blood pressure. I strongly suspect this individual was not in a fully coherent state. Having resided in multiple UK cities and London neighborhoods, I can confidently declare THIS IS UNQUESTIONABLY THE MOST TERRIBLE GP I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED. It's absolutely outrageous that our tax contributions support such abysmal service. Urgent intervention is absolutely necessary!

Terrible medical practice with zero customer service

This practice merits zero rating. The front desk personnel are discourteous and deliberately obstruct patient needs. Zoe stands out as particularly unhelpful. Securing an appointment within a week seems impossible, with online booking requests hitting their daily limit shortly after 9am, effectively preventing patients from scheduling. Despite the waiting area appearing empty, they consistently claim to be fully booked. The appointment allocation process is fundamentally flawed, resulting in patients being scheduled with inappropriate healthcare professionals. Patients frequently arrive for an appointment, only to have the nurse refuse treatment, insisting they should have been booked with a doctor. This creates a cascade of delays, forcing patients to wait another week for a doctor's appointment after already enduring a lengthy initial wait. I've repeatedly encountered prescription errors, necessitating constant follow-up to ensure accuracy. The practice's management is clearly substandard, with Karina, the practice manager, demonstrating poor leadership. Effective leaders establish organizational culture, and this practice desperately needs improved management. The most recent CQC inspection confirmed the practice's deficiencies, issuing a formal warning in January 2025 regarding governance failures. I strongly advise against registering with this practice.

Terrible service and unresponsive medical practice

The practice remains consistently deserted, but they still fail to accommodate patient consultations. It seems they're solely preoccupied with online appointment reviews, which they ultimately don't even provide, instead directing patients to local pharmacies. Approximately 80% of their reviews are one-star ratings with scathing feedback, yet the management appears indifferent to these concerns. This practice might require intervention from the CQC to assess their operational standards. Alternatively, the government should consider dismantling GP centers and expanding Accident & Emergency services, given that patients invariably end up in A&E due to the inability to secure GP appointments.

Disappointing and frustrating medical care experience

We were in a critical situation following my wife's significant surgical procedure, urgently requiring immediate medical follow-up and wound assessment with her general practitioner. We had carefully scheduled an appointment one week post-surgery. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were informed that the necessary tests would be further delayed by yet another week. This GP practice consistently demonstrates a pattern of errors and appears more focused on administrative inefficiencies than providing proper patient care.

Frustrating healthcare experience with unhelpful online system

I received a message instructing me to schedule an online appointment through accurx for blood test results, but no link was provided. After struggling for a quarter of an hour, searching the practice's website (which seems to have been replaced) and trying various approaches, I finally navigated to the right page - only to encounter a message stating "we have reached daily capacity and cannot process online requests" and suggesting I call 111 or 999. This experience is, unfortunately, entirely characteristic of this practice. Having been registered with this medical center for seven years, I can confidently say it has never delivered even minimally acceptable service and has consistently deteriorated over time.

Terrible doctor dismisses concerned parent's valid worries

Dr. Rahman is hands down the most negligent physician we've ever encountered. When I expressed concern about my toddler's temperature of 37.8–38°C, he dismissively claimed it was normal, which I know is absolutely incorrect for a young child. Moreover, he rudely cut me off mid-sentence, sarcastically suggesting, "If you want antibiotics, I'll prescribe them," even though seeking antibiotics was never my intention—I simply wanted proper medical guidance for my child's health. The medical examination for my barely two-year-old was shockingly superficial and cursory. Let me be clear: when my child is in good health, their normal temperature is around 36.5°C. How can anyone possibly consider 37.8–38°C a standard temperature? My purpose in consulting a GP is to find genuine solutions, not to be treated with such disrespect and indifference. I'm giving Dr. Rahman a single star. In contrast, the reception staff and other doctors at the medical center have been exceptionally welcoming and professional.

Frustrating nhs experience leaves patient feeling helpless

I'm unfamiliar with NHS since I've been healthy since relocating to the UK and previously handled medical needs by returning to my home country. When I recently sought assistance and approached the reception requesting a dermatologist referral, they merely provided a phone number and instructed me to call. I attempted to contact that number five times, consistently finding myself 10th or higher in the queue. After nearly a week, I finally reached someone, only to discover I required a referral from my NHS GP. The receptionist clearly should have been aware of this prerequisite and provided comprehensive information upfront. Instead, her carelessness resulted in wasted time and unnecessary frustration for me. Not impressed...

Worst medical experience in my london life

Throughout my decade of residence in London, I've experienced numerous medical practices, but this particular GP stands out as the absolute worst. Securing an appointment is an incredibly challenging ordeal, and even when you miraculously obtain one, the physicians appear completely lost. They seem utterly unprepared and display a level of medical incompetence that is genuinely alarming. The sheer lack of professional competence is deeply unsettling.

Exceptional medical care that truly helped my dad

I am absolutely thrilled with the exceptional support and medical attention my father received after I reached out to them via email. The staff and doctor were incredibly responsive, and within just seven days, my dad had been examined and received the necessary medical referral appointments. The practice's level of care and empathy is truly outstanding - I am immensely grateful for their compassionate approach and prompt assistance.

Frustrating healthcare experience with impossible scheduling

Scheduling an appointment here is an absolute nightmare. For the past two years, I've consistently failed to secure a slot when making phone calls. Available times vanish almost instantly, leaving no viable options. Their triage process is equally problematic and creates unnecessary delays in receiving medical attention. I've called multiple times, with staff promising to send a link that never arrives. When attempting to use the online triage system, I'm repeatedly informed it's at capacity and advised to try again the next day. This frustrating pattern has become my recurring experience with this healthcare provider.

Unprofessional doctors with poor patient communication skills

I find Dr. Da Wit Kim to be discourteous, self-important, emotionally detached, and socially inept. Regarding his medical expertise, I strongly advise being proactive and seeking an additional medical consultation to ensure comprehensive care. Dr. Y Rahman verbally berated my son in the reception area in an unacceptable manner. She demonstrates a lack of compassion towards youth, particularly those with disabilities. In my assessment, she appears impulsive and demonstrates significant lapses in professional judgment and discernment.

Frustrating healthcare experience with unhelpful staff

I feel compelled to share my dissatisfaction with the recent interaction I had. Upon reaching out to schedule my initial consultation since becoming a patient, I specifically requested to consult with a physician. However, they insisted on directing me to a pharmacist, disregarding my previous pharmacy visit. The pharmacist confirmed they could only suggest a syrup and were unable to perform a chest examination. Notwithstanding my persistent worries about chest pain, I have yet to be offered a medical appointment with a doctor to investigate and address my potential chest infection.

This medical practice falls woefully short of delivering the standard of care patients rightfully expect. As current patients, we feel compelled to caution potential newcomers. Our advice is clear: seek healthcare elsewhere.

The employees are completely incompetent. Zero logical thinking. I completed my online registration nearly a week and a half ago (their website claims 5 days) and when I urgently required medical attention today, they flatly denied me service because they claimed I wasn't registered!!!! "We have a processing backlog," they said. I tried desperately to inject some rational reasoning into the staff member, but to no avail.
