Impossible to Book an Appointment Anywhere

Received a notification about scheduling an appointment. It's utterly ridiculous. Getting a slot is like winning the lottery. Call the 0800 number early morning, and the line is completely congested. By the time you manage to connect, all available slots have vanished. No option to plan ahead. These are their absurd rules. Might as well just give up and perish elsewhere.

Terrible Service Putting Patients at Risk

These medical professionals are completely inadequate and are genuinely endangering patients' well-being and safety. Having to wait a fortnight just for a phone consultation is ridiculous, and I'm bewildered how a physician can possibly make a diagnosis remotely. The doctor appeared totally apathetic and directed me to get blood tests at the GP's office, only to discover they no longer provide that service! Now I'm forced to travel elsewhere and face another two-week waiting period for an appointment! I'm anxiously hoping it's not something serious because a total four-week delay is absolutely unacceptable and could potentially involve a critical health issue. These general practitioners are presenting a substantial risk to patient care.

Endless Runaround at My Local Practice

Abysmal telecommunications and medical support. Recently attempted to schedule a telehealth consultation with my physician, only to be redirected multiple times. Initially told to consult a nurse during an upcoming unrelated appointment, then the nurse suggested speaking directly with the doctor. Upon visiting reception, I was instructed to book online. An entire week has passed, and I'm still unable to communicate with my general practitioner. This dysfunctional process clearly illustrates why emergency departments are overwhelmed and struggling to cope.

Utterly useless establishment. It's IMPOSSIBLE to secure an appointment here! I attempted calling twice. Found myself at positions 18 and 16 in the waiting line. After hanging on until I was nearly third in queue, the call abruptly disconnected. Wasted 40 minutes achieving absolutely nothing. So I trudged through icy conditions the following morning, only to be informed that all appointment slots were exhausted. This feels like operating in a completely dysfunctional system!

Endless Waiting and Prescription Confusion

My daughter endured a two-week wait for a telephone consultation, during which the doctor agreed to prescribe medication. However, upon visiting the pharmacy, she discovered no prescription had been received. She then spent 90 minutes queuing at the practice's prescription desk, only to learn that the doctor had not completed the prescription and had no record of their telephone appointment. It's an absolute organizational disaster. Additionally, my wife encountered another issue where a prescription was sent to the pharmacy for a quantity 12 times larger than required. The pharmacy attempted to contact the practice to clarify the error but has been unable to reach anyone after a week. It seems ridiculous that there isn't a dedicated contact line for healthcare professionals to quickly resolve such critical matters.

This medical practice is a complete farce, managed by incompetent physicians focused solely on cutting costs. I've relocated due to multiple critical issues: 1 Telephone access is impossible - if you somehow get through, you'll endure over an hour's wait, only to be disconnected or hear endless ringing. 2 Booking appointments is utterly hopeless. Weeks pass before securing a slot, and their advice to call early morning is futile - by 8am the lines are jammed, and emergency appointments vanish instantly. 3 Doctors consistently fail to honor their commitment to callback on agreed dates (they simply don't). These represent just a handful of the ongoing catastrophes. I'm documenting this nightmare because I'm still battling weekly to obtain my daughter's prescriptions.
