Absolutely no drive or commitment to assist beyond their set schedule. The most ineffective emergency response mechanism I've encountered. Doubtful they offer meaningful aid to healthcare professionals on the front lines. WITHOUT FAIL, every time I contact them about a concern, they respond, "our schedule is full, try again tomorrow," irrespective of the problem's severity or time-sensitive nature, and CONSISTENTLY during their standard working hours. Having worked in Accident & Emergency as a nurse, I understand the distinction between GP and hospital care, yet I've been compelled to use NHS 111 before 4pm more often than we've successfully utilized their services for my child. Their competence seems limited to administering vaccinations and potentially managing long-term health conditions. What a profound disappointment!

A female physician at Victoria in early 2020 dismissively claimed my dyshydrotic eczema wasn't significant, and since that moment, my skin condition has deteriorated dramatically. The entire medical staff there demonstrated profound incompetence and a disturbing lack of professional care.
