Terrible medical practice with rude unprofessional staff

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I've been a patient at this practice for years, and recently, a doctor who has since left was the only competent one. I've repeatedly visited complaining about pain, and they consistently dismissed my concerns, claiming everything was fine. Eventually, one doctor finally ordered a blood test. Moreover, the receptionists are incredibly rude and disrespectful, showing no regard for patients or providing quality service. Just this week, when my mom called to inquire about her results - which have been pending for nearly four weeks - the receptionist she spoke with was hostile and shouted at her. The receptionist promised a doctor would call at 3 pm, but no call was made, prompting my mom to consider private healthcare. Additionally, when I requested a medication dosage change, the receptionist provided the wrong prescription. I'm seriously considering reporting this GP practice to the CQC because the service quality is abysmal, and patients are treated without an ounce of compassion. These receptionists desperately need basic customer service training.

Incompetent staff destroyed my healthcare hopes

I'm absolutely furious On 10:30 2/7/2021, I scheduled a medical consultation and arranged transportation to and from the Royal London Hospital. To my anguish, the appointment turned out to be a telephone consultation, and the medical practice hadn't even submitted the necessary referral, meaning I was completely absent from their system! One expects to have confidence in healthcare professionals and staff, believing they would demonstrate basic competence. From my perspective, they have proven to be entirely unprofessional and inept. My health is already compromised, and I exhausted myself navigating the logistics of getting to this appointment, only to have it result in absolute nothing! I sarcastically thank them for squandering my valuable time

Since relocating to this area approximately three and a half years ago, our family has been patients at the Sandringham Practice. Throughout this period, we've welcomed two children, and I cannot emphasize enough how exceptional the care has been for our entire family. Contrary to some critical reviews about reception staff and service quality, my personal experience has been entirely positive - every staff member I've interacted with has been courteous, warm, and remarkably helpful, especially during urgent medical situations involving our young sons. Moreover, my post-natal care was outstanding. After 15 years in London, this is the first medical practice where I genuinely feel the staff truly understand and know our family, transforming what could be a sterile interaction into a meaningful relationship. It's entirely predictable why this establishment has such poor feedback. The reception staff desperately require comprehensive customer service training. Their level of unprofessionalism is truly appalling. The staff come across as dismissive and unhelpful. During my interaction with the receptionist today, I requested her name, and her response was incredibly inappropriate. She brazenly stated, "I'm not obligated to provide my name, and the calls are being recorded anyway."
