I consider this to be impressively efficient service! Update: On September 30th, I contacted the practice again regarding a sick elderly family member who couldn't travel. By 8 am, I'd arranged a phone consultation, which resulted in a prescription being processed and medication delivered by 4 pm. Despite facing significant operational challenges and high demand, the medical center continues to provide excellent care. Heartfelt appreciation goes to SMC and the fantastic delivery team at Weelsby View Pharmacy!

Absolute disaster of a healthcare facility. They display complete indifference across the board. From front desk staff to physicians, their lack of empathy is shocking, even when dealing with critical medical conditions.

Poor service from Doctors, felt judged. They obviously do not read your notes, spend most of time explaining my condition, then time up. They also put the wrong information on your patient record... The reception is the best. Poor Doctors.
