Frustrating registration nightmare at medical centre

Tried to sign up three different times, Zero forms available, staff completely unresponsive, absolutely no way to complete registration online. I had successfully registered at this medical center before attending University, and I'm aware from others that re-registering should be straightforward, but apparently "that's not something they accommodate." Utterly useless from start to finish.

This establishment is astonishingly terrible. You're guaranteed zero progress with any service. Requesting a follow-up leads to a front desk employee informing you of a wait time exceeding two weeks... the medical professionals should be thoroughly embarrassed by their performance.

Painful blood draw by Sharon left me hurting

These past two weeks have been incredibly stressful, with heightened anxiety and potential income loss due to HCA Sharon's poor blood drawing technique. Despite being told she's the most senior and skilled professional, I seem to have drawn the short straw. For nearly a week now, my right hand has been compromised - muscles feel weak, fingers are numb, and I'm experiencing persistent aches, pains, and bruising that prevent me from performing basic tasks. My doctor has confirmed this condition, assuring me it will gradually improve. The medical explanation is that the blood draw temporarily damaged my vein wall and skin's outer layer, causing blood to leak and settle underneath, resulting in bruising.

Quick Covid shots at convenient clinic

I'm not actually a regular patient at this medical practice, but I've received all my Covid vaccinations here. The on-site parking is somewhat restricted, so you might need to find street parking nearby. The staff are consistently welcoming and ready to help. An added convenience is the pharmacy located right next to the doctor's office, which makes picking up prescriptions very easy.
