Reception staff didn't understand basic registration forms

I requested that a report be prepared for adult social care services. The practice indicated it had been submitted, however I subsequently discovered this was not the case. From my initial contact, the reception team appeared unfamiliar with the registration process and documentation requirements. Overall, I experienced a concerning lack of knowledge across the staff members I interacted with.

Excellent service at this practice – after experiencing less satisfactory care at previous surgeries, switching here has been a welcome improvement! During a recent appointment for a routine screening procedure, the clinical staff member was outstanding, providing reassurance and making what is typically an uncomfortable experience considerably more manageable. Their approach really did make a significant positive difference! Much appreciated!
