I have consistently had negative experiences at this practice. The organisational standards and professional conduct fall significantly short of what should be expected from a healthcare provider. I have encountered issues with medication management on multiple occasions, including having to bear the financial cost of errors. Additionally, I was not informed when prescriptions were altered, only discovering this when attempting to obtain a refill during an urgent situation. The practice has also struggled to obtain and share medical records from other healthcare facilities, which has contributed to ongoing prescription-related difficulties. When attempting to have these matters resolved, I have felt that the practice views my requests for correction as burdensome rather than as a necessary part of their service, which has been deeply frustrating.

I became a patient at this practice in 2023. The reception team has consistently provided excellent service whenever I have interacted with them. Their efficiency and knowledge have made a noticeable positive difference to my experience as a patient. I particularly appreciated the extra effort shown by a member of the reception team today in following up on a referral for me. A clinical team member has provided care for both myself and my daughter over the past couple of years and has been a real asset to the practice.

This level of understanding and accommodation is uncommon in modern healthcare settings, yet here it appears to be delivered consistently and thoughtfully.

Unlike some practitioners who seem focused on keeping to strict appointment schedules, this clinician prioritises patient care whilst remaining considerate of other patients' time. The approach feels refreshingly thorough and unhurried. The supporting team at the practice is equally excellent and supportive. After several years in the area and previous experiences with other surgeries that felt less helpful, registering with this practice has been a genuinely positive change. It feels like finding the right fit after a long search.
