Staff listened and sorted appointment quickly
Today I called the surgery to arrange preparation for my regular scheduled injection treatment. The entire interaction was conducted in a thoroughly professional manner by the staff member who assisted me. She listened carefully, identified what was needed and then offered an appropriate solution. Fifteen minutes later she called me back to confirm an appointment. This staff member is, in my opinion, an excellent representative of the practice.
