Disgrace

Absolutely disgusting practice, can't get hold of reception, tried making appointments numerous times and even the asphma nurse has tried and still no reply after urgent from her to gp, I've had to give them hospital details even though they are suppose to chase things, they don't been let down time and time again even after speaking to the complaints department, this surgery needs looking into by the CQC and every official government department absolutely a disgrace they don't care about people's health or life

Extreme bullying

Consistent bullying and disrespect of my husband/carer and myself. Continually delaying and taunting using my prescribed medications to effectively blackmail me into having tests and treatments I do not want. Not answering my emails. Ignoring my requests to see a different doctor. Much more, too much to detail. No understanding at all regarding endometriosis or mental health. Lack of kindness, compassion, decency, and humanity.

Horrible doctor made me feel worthless and hopeless

I was utterly humiliated by the so-called "head honcho" who spoke to me with complete disrespect. When I inquired about my situation, he condescendingly asked if he should "repeat himself," as if that would somehow resolve anything. I simply sought clarification, and he responded by attempting to make me feel intellectually inadequate. What is the purpose of having GPS services if they only respond when a patient is critically ill or on the brink of death? It seems the roles of A&E and general practice have bizarrely reversed in the past seven years. Despite suffering from severe headaches, I was dismissively told this was merely a "cosmetic" issue that would require private treatment. The condition is genuinely affecting my health! I have never encountered a doctor, especially one leading an entire medical practice, who was so unprofessional and uncaring. Absolutely steer clear of this place. My experience was a -10/10, leaving me so distressed that I found myself crying in a park, contemplating self-intervention.

Terrible healthcare service that fails its patients

After years of frustration, I'm reducing my rating to the lowest possible. If zero stars were an option, I'd choose it. Switching to a new general practice after seven long years has been eye-opening. The contrast is unbelievable. Only by experiencing a truly functional medical practice can one fully grasp how terrible this one is. The reception staff has deteriorated from merely incompetent to downright aggressive over time. Getting an actual doctor is impossible - they're perpetually unavailable. Instead, patients are forced to deal with generic 'practitioners' or 'clinicians' when seeking any medical attention. My advice is simple: steer clear of this surgery at all costs. If you're currently registered here, transfer immediately. They won't care about losing you, and you'll be far better off elsewhere.

I've been attempting to obtain my son's eczema medication for almost a week, and they insist I can only access it through an online consultation. I've clearly explained that internet connectivity isn't available to me right now, so what alternative do I have for getting his prescription?? Terrible service and frustrating e consult experience

I've repeatedly tried to communicate with the receptionist about the e consult's ineffectiveness, especially considering I've been without WiFi or mobile data for months. Despite this, they still insist I complete the e consult. When I do manage to submit it, the response from a doctor takes over a week, and then they proceed to book an appointment without even checking if this method is suitable for me! I'm absolutely frustrated and believe this e consult and patient volume system needs to be completely overhauled because it's utterly unacceptable!

During my blood draw today, a wonderful nurse named Leigh helped me feel incredibly relaxed, which was especially important since I typically get anxious about having blood taken due to my challenging veins. Her friendly demeanor was so engaging that I was chatting and laughing, and barely noticed the needle insertion. If Leigh happens to see this, I want her to know she transformed what could have been a stressful morning into a much more pleasant experience - and I appreciated her bonus advice about Virgin Airlines as well!

Absolutely the most dreadful surgical experience imaginable. Their phone system leaves you hanging in limbo with zero clarity about your wait time for nearly half an hour. I was terrified and desperately seeking assistance. The representative was completely unhelpful, repeatedly emphasizing they were 'at capacity' - a truly compassionate approach to dealing with anxious patients. I can count on one hand the number of tolerable encounters I've had with this surgical center. If the rating system allowed, I'd award them absolutely no stars whatsoever.
