I forgot to add that this surgery is a very safe place for me to sit and wait, and during quieter times the reception team makes reasonable adjustments to suit my needs. My GP is an outstanding healthcare professional with excellent knowledge of medicine and gets everything right every single time. I have so much faith in her as she keeps my health up to date and in excellent form. My GP is truly amazing and I really admire her work—she's the best. I really appreciate this surgery for their outstanding care towards me and for letting me feel free and be myself at all times. It's a safe environment for me to wait and relax while waiting for my appointments. I've had some difficult experiences recently and I'm working through them, but this surgery makes me feel secure. It's very hard to trust anyone now due to my circumstances, but this surgery is definitely somewhere I feel safe and somewhere I can go for advice whenever I need it. I'd also like to give a special mention to the phlebotomy staff member who takes my blood every time when I struggle with this procedure. They make me feel at ease during blood tests—well done to all the staff. I really appreciate this surgery and the care I receive here.

Excellent surgical facility at the hospital location. I was seen promptly, made to feel very welcome and didn't experience any sense of being hurried during my appointment. I feel fortunate to have encountered a clinician who is approachable and demonstrates genuine care for their patients, and I'm very appreciative of the care received. The hospital is further away for me, but I found it to be a much better experience than the primary care setting and the team members were exceptionally helpful. An additional benefit was having imaging services available on-site, with results provided within hours. Outstanding service and credit to the NHS!
