Phone queue frustration, but clinical care solid

It is always a nightmare to speak to the surgery. One telephone line and one finds oneself in a telephone queue which can take sometime to eventually speak to someone. One is inundated with messages to use the website. We don't all want to speak to a machine! Having commented on this problem the standard of care from the clinical staff has always been first class.
