I have been a patient at this practice for many years since childhood and have consistently found appointment availability to be excellent, with same-day or next-day slots readily available. The online consultation system is very user-friendly and the reception team as well as clinical staff have always been responsive, typically getting back to me within hours. I have been seen by various members of the medical and nursing team over the years and have found them all to be professional and caring.

The reception experience fell short of expectations, with disorganisation evident at the front desk. Staff members made excuses, interrupted during conversations, and ended calls abruptly. This practice is best avoided.

On both occasions when I required assessments for different matters, the clinician took the time to contact me directly with the findings and discuss the subsequent course of action or recommendations.
