The rare occasion one manages to secure an appointment with Dr. Rashid is equally disappointing. Consultations feel hurried, with patients' concerns summarily dismissed by the physician's condescending demeanor. This dismissive attitude is particularly pronounced when addressing female patients or parents accompanying their daughters. Dr. Rashid's apparent lack of awareness and knowledge is truly perplexing, raising questions about the continued operation of this establishment. The level of care and service provided falls so far below acceptable standards that even the lowest rating seems overly generous.

Affordable and caring: Shifa Medical Practice

Our family's recent visit to Shifa Medical Practice in Barking for Meningitis ACWY vaccinations was a delightful surprise. Traveling from Whitechapel for our Umrah Visa requirements, I dropped my wife and two little ones (3 and 9) at the clinic while I parked at a pre-booked spot nearby. Upon my return, I was astonished to find they'd already received their jabs and were waiting outside. Even more surprising was that Dr. Y Rashid had administered the vaccines without waiting for payment first - a true testament to his trust and efficiency. The cost was remarkably reasonable at just £25 per person, half of what Superdrug charges. We were provided with certificates as proof for our visa application, effectively saving us £100. It's moments like these that make me grateful and compelled to say, "May Allah bless this doctor." Dr. Rashid's professionalism, warm demeanor, and genuine care left a lasting impression on all of us. As I pen this review, my 9-year-old son, sitting beside me, innocently questions why anyone would leave negative feedback about such an amazing doctor. His childlike honesty perfectly captures our family's sentiment about this exceptional medical experience.

Dangerous clinic with unacceptable medical malpractice

I recently went to this clinic for vaccinations, and the experience was absolutely appalling. The service was extremely substandard. All patients were crowded into a single room, and shockingly, the doctor used the same needle for multiple people. I was distracted while helping my children undress and didn't notice this at the time. My wife brought this to my attention during our journey home, but by then the clinic was closed. I plan to contact them on Monday to address this serious issue. The doctor's conduct is utterly unacceptable and dangerous. I have already filed a complaint with the Care Quality Commission regarding this clinic's abysmal standards. Their CQC rating reflects their poor performance, and significant improvements are desperately needed. This doctor's reckless practices are so egregious that he should be completely prohibited from medical practice.

Terrible clinic with unhelpful and dismissive doctor

I've visited this clinic twice in the past week for vaccinations. During my latest visit, my son was feeling extremely unwell. The doctor was completely unengaged and showed zero concern, offering no conversation or examination to understand my child's condition. They simply administered the injection and maintained a condescending attitude. Afterward, I consulted my regular family physician, who was appalled that the clinic's doctor had not even attempted to inquire about the health of my 9-month-old infant. Their approach was incredibly unprofessional. This is absolutely the most unsatisfactory medical facility I've encountered, and I will definitely not be returning under any circumstances.
