Feedback across this file reveals a predominantly negative patient experience marked by systemic service failures. Appointment availability remains a critical issue, with patients reporting extended waiting times, difficulty booking through both phone and online systems, and frequent redirects to emergency care for routine matters. Reception experience emerges as a consistent concern, with multiple accounts of discourteous staff, unresponsive phone lines, and poor communication. Patients describe feeling dismissed and undervalued during interactions with front desk personnel.
While some patients acknowledged compassionate care from individual medical professionals and nursing staff, this positive feedback was substantially outweighed by complaints regarding rushed consultations, lack of care coordination between departments, and disorganised systems. Several patients reported challenges with the e-consult platform, which created circular booking processes rather than facilitating access. Communication breakdowns were evident in accounts of missed callbacks, conflicting medical advice, and inadequate follow-up on test results.
A minority of reviews highlighted efficient processes and professional medical staff, including specific appreciation for individual practitioners. However, the broader pattern suggests the practice struggles with operational efficiency, staff training in customer service, and systematic coordination of patient care across multiple locations.

Bad!
Disappointing care with minimal patient compassion
With the exception of a handful of competent medical staff, this surgical center falls short of expectations. Their decision-making lacks basic logic, and there appears to be a notable absence of genuine concern for patient care and welfare.

Terrible medical practice with zero patient care
Total chaos... discourteous staff, with physicians being the worst offenders. Each consultation is limited to a mere 10-minute window, after which you're swiftly ushered out of the room, regardless of your needs. Ironically, on two separate instances, my wife and I experienced significant delays exceeding 20 minutes, yet we're expected to compensate them from our hard-earned wages? It's utterly absurd. This medical practice deserves shutting down, as it serves no genuine purpose beyond generating profit, with zero commitment to patient care or well-being.

Worst customer service ever avoid at all costs
Absolutely abysmal customer support. Completely useless and unhelpful in every conceivable way. This business deserves to be permanently closed down.

Terrible service and unprofessional medical practice
A service to steer clear of, consistently failing to answer calls, and when they do pick up, you're greeted with a message to call back later. The nurse practitioner suggested I head to the emergency room due to his significant 45-minute delay in seeing me. I'll be actively searching for a new healthcare provider as soon as possible.

Terrible service and unhelpful medical staff nightmare
I'd give this medical practice a negative rating if I could. I just endured an incredibly aggravating phone call trying to schedule my infant's vaccination appointment. Their website explicitly states you cannot submit a form online and must call instead. After an utterly maddening conversation, I was suddenly informed that I actually need to complete an online form. My child requires her immunizations, and I'm left completely without a clear path forward. Ultimately, the receptionist terminated the call and claimed booking appointments isn't her responsibility. There's a clear disconnect between their website information and their actual procedures, and the whole experience has been monumentally unhelpful.

Worst medical experience ever terrible service
I'd rate this zero stars if possible. After a three-week wait for a callback, I was left hanging for another week, only to be informed that the specialist I needed to consult was taking an eight-week vacation. What an absolute disaster of a medical practice.

Menopause struggles and medical frustration at this surgery
A dreadful medical practice. I've been enduring menopause since age 48 for two years, and despite being absolutely certain of my symptoms, I'm unable to obtain hormone replacement therapy that would transform my life. Meanwhile, my 72-year-old mother, who attends a different clinic, has been prescribed HRT. This situation is absurd, and I'm constantly being made to undergo repeated blood tests.

Bad!
Terrible service and zero compassion from gatekeepers
It's typical of modern medical practices - absolutely dreadful. The fundamental issue with these clinics is their layout, which allows everyone to overhear your most private medical discussions. This desperately needs addressing. As for the care quality, it's laughable - if you're not assertive, you'll simply be shuffled around and ignored. Seriously frustrating. Getting past the initial administrative barriers is challenging enough, let alone securing a meaningful medical consultation. Update 16/7/23 I arrived at the clinic already feeling unwell due to my chronic health condition, and was immediately confronted by an unsympathetic, hard-nosed receptionist who criticized me for being late. I had been waiting behind another patient who was equally irritated by her attitude, and he ultimately left in frustration. My appointment was scheduled for 10:00, and I entered at 10:11. Despite seeing my arrival time, she displayed zero compassion. What she didn't realize was that I'm capable of advocating for myself. When she claimed I couldn't be seen, I firmly made her understand that I would be seeing the doctor. The physician did ultimately examine me, but my point remains: this medical practice urgently needs significant improvement 🤦♀️

Terrible customer service that made me chuckle
The receptionist's demeanor was so discourteous and inappropriate that it bordered on comical. Her conduct was utterly mortifying and certainly doesn't paint the medical practice in a favorable light. Moreover, securing an appointment or even reaching someone seems impossible. The entire service is an absolute disorganized mess.

Terrible healthcare experience avoid this medical practice
These medical professionals are absolutely terrible. I've exhausted my medication supply and nobody from the practice is responding to my inquiries. After examining numerous patient accounts, I strongly believe this facility requires a thorough investigation.

Painfully slow service kills customer experience
The queue to reach the front desk is absolutely unacceptable. I'm not trying to be harsh, but it's clear you need employees who can navigate computer systems more efficiently. I've been stuck here for a quarter of an hour just watching a receptionist struggle to locate a single appointment!

Negligent doctors failed my vulnerable elderly nan
My elderly grandmother, aged 97, was experiencing health issues, and the care home reached out to the medical professionals for assistance. The doctors declined to make a house call and suggested a video consultation instead, which they ultimately failed to conduct. However, they were prompt in arriving when it came to administering injections, likely motivated by financial gain. Their behavior is reprehensible, both as medical practitioners and as human beings. Tragically, my grandmother passed away shortly thereafter.

Doctors neglecting care home residents is unacceptable
Why aren't physicians coming to nursing facilities. Don't these residents matter? Completely unacceptable. How can anyone possibly diagnose issues by having remote conversations with staff through video links. Continuing to use COVID as a justification is outrageous. NO, there is absolutely no coronavirus present in this facility and medical professionals should be fulfilling their professional responsibilities. Healthcare workers are actively working on the front lines

Disorganized healthcare nightmare with terrible patient care
This medical practice is an absolute organizational disaster. Every single department operates in its own silo, consistently deflecting responsibility with the refrain "that's not our problem". The lack of coordination is so severe that I'm still waiting on blood test results from over a year ago. Even more alarming, I received completely conflicting medical guidance from two doctors in the same practice. One advised me to get a critical blood test to investigate a potential health concern, while another dismissively told me I was 'wasting my time' with the test. The unprofessional and contradictory advice is deeply troubling. To make matters worse, during what could have been a serious health situation potentially involving cancer, I was never granted an in-person consultation with a GP. If the rating system allowed it, I would absolutely give zero stars to this incompetent practice.
