I began calling at 8 AM and endured a 90-minute wait, only to be told that all time slots are completely occupied. The staff member's attitude made it abundantly clear they were eager to end the conversation as quickly as possible. It's inconceivable that appointments are somehow fully booked by 8 in the morning, with no availability for even the following day. After wasting an hour and a half on hold, I was dismissively instructed to try calling again tomorrow at 8 AM, which was already 9:30 by that point.

I've been a patient at this medical practice my entire life! At 31, I'm utterly frustrated with these incompetent receptionists who seem to think they're in charge! They behave as if they're making all the decisions and playing favorites. It's clear they're reserving appointments exclusively for their personal connections. Whenever I call first thing in the morning, they claim no availability and try to redirect me to a clinician when I specifically need to see a doctor! These elderly front desk staff are completely destroying the reputation of what was once an excellent medical facility. They need to be replaced immediately!
