A great care, respect and treatment

Two days ago, at 8 AM, I called the surgery and informed that I am not feeling well and needed to see a doctor. I was given an appointment immediately, and I seen Dr. Asmal. He is an extremely great and kind doctor. He examined me with great care and compassion, and then reassured me, saying that I would recover completely. He also advised me to return if I didn't feel better. I pray to Allah SWT, bless on this Dr and give him long, successful and healthy life. Ameen

Additionally, patients are advised against reaching out during morning hours to request prescription refills, as this tends to congest the appointment scheduling lines.

Couldn't get through after ten calls

I called repeatedly to schedule an appointment, but no one answered my calls, even after 10 attempts. They promised to refer me to another private clinic, yet three months have passed with absolutely no action. When I questioned the receptionist about the delay, she claimed to have forgotten the referral. The service is utterly disgraceful and my experience has been completely unacceptable. This is a terrible reflection on the UK healthcare system, and it's deeply disappointing how far standards have fallen!

I've been attempting to schedule an appointment for 15 days without success Whenever we visit the surgery, it's always empty They consistently claim to call back in the morning, but the appointments are fully booked Most of the time, when you call, you're in the queue, and by the time your turn comes, the phone gets disconnected Dr. Asmal is truly a wonderful person, but the staff and management of the surgery are not good

Receptionists need to answer the phone

The medical staff are excellent, and I have no issues with the doctors themselves. However, the receptionist is a major problem. The phone constantly rings without being answered, and even if you manage to get through, the call is abruptly disconnected. This surgery desperately needs to hire more competent receptionists who take their responsibilities seriously. I've been dealing with health concerns for months and still can't schedule an appointment. When you visit the surgery in person to book, they instruct you to call at 8am, and if you explain that you've already tried, they claim the lines are busy - which is clearly false, as the phone is ringing and simply not being picked up by the staff member who should be answering it.

Worst reception staff ever at this clinic

If I could give zero stars, I would. The front desk personnel are absolutely appalling - incredibly discourteous, munching on snacks and attempting to communicate with customers while their mouths are full. It's disgustingly unprofessional. The nurse named Susie appears to have questionable personal issues that make her seem unfit for healthcare work - her appearance and demeanor suggest potential substance abuse problems. I'm baffled how someone like her is employed in a medical facility. The sole redeeming aspect of this place is Dr. Asmal and Dr. Ali (the female physician), who are genuinely competent and professional. The rest of the staff are completely incompetent and clueless about providing proper medical care.
