Doctor's office from hell

This medical facility is absolutely terrible. Securing an appointment is virtually impossible unless you have a personal connection to the front desk staff. The physicians display a shocking lack of professionalism and bedside manner. Dr. Asmal completely disregards patient concerns, instead choosing to lecture about personal religious beliefs. The reception team is condescending and acts superior to patients. Practice manager Kath is particularly unbearable - she is arguably the most unpleasant individual I've ever encountered. Her demeanor suggests pure misery, and if she's so unhappy, she should retire immediately to spare vulnerable patients from her toxic attitude. The entire staff desperately requires comprehensive training in basic customer service and human decency.

I'd give this pathetic excuse for a medical practice a negative rating if I could! The front desk staff are incredibly discourteous! They NEVER pick up the phone!!! The physicians are completely negligent and clearly only interested in financial gain!! They're fraudulently claiming NHS funds that never actually benefit the patients!! STAY AWAY!!!

Completely absurd customer service experience. Called at 8 AM with zero available appointment slots. The front desk staff needs to grasp that when a patient begins treatment with a specific physician, they shouldn't be shuffled between different doctors.

Terrible appointments and rude staff everywhere

This medical practice falls far short of any acceptable standard, with appointment scheduling being an absolute nightmare. Several of the reception staff display appalling attitudes and lack basic courtesy, and sadly, some of the physicians are equally unprofessional. Dr Zafar Arshid, in particular, demonstrates a dismissive approach, with many doctors seeming to brush off patient concerns and failing to provide attentive care. It's a complete disaster of a healthcare service that I would strongly advise anyone to avoid. Medical professionals should be committed to patient support, yet these individuals appear clueless about proper patient interaction. That said, Dr Ali and Dr Asmal are notable exceptions, providing the compassionate and competent care one would expect from healthcare providers.

Terrible doctor gave me wrong treatment

I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Rauf and shared my concern about experiencing headaches, particularly after meals. Surprisingly, he prescribed an eczema or skin spray, which seemed completely unrelated to my symptoms. My recommendation would be to steer clear of this doctor if you can.

The medical professionals here are truly exceptional, with Dr. Asmal and Dr. Sheikh standing out for their incredible patient care. They excel at identifying health issues and communicate complex information with remarkable clarity and ease. Their approachable and humble demeanor makes the entire consultation process incredibly smooth. However, the practice's administrative side leaves much to be desired. The reception area is frustratingly slow, and their phone handling is abysmal - calls frequently go unanswered for 5-10 minutes, which is inexcusable. When someone finally does pick up, the standard response is an unhelpful "Sorry, we're fully booked," making the patient feel completely disregarded.
