Absolutely zero consideration for customer time and convenience. We recently moved to the neighborhood and urgently needed to register our newborn, so we provided our address and were instructed to come in and complete the necessary paperwork. Upon returning home after following their instructions, we received a call stating that the "operations manager" had suddenly determined we were ineligible for registration. The front desk staff appeared equally disengaged and unhelpful, completely unresponsive until they finished their typing tasks.

I've been left hanging for six weeks regarding an injury, and the dismissive front desk personnel have informed me I must endure another 6-8 weeks before receiving any scan results or potential treatment. In the meantime, my professional, athletic, and fitness activities are completely disrupted due to their refusal to provide the necessary medical intervention. It feels like patients are simply abandoned and forgotten. Basic human decency seems lost - when I offer a simple greeting, I expect a reciprocal response. This healthcare system is fundamentally fractured and dysfunctional, despite my consistent contributions through national insurance payments.

I want to highlight how wonderful the Receptionists are, consistently kind and supportive, and there's this exceptional female Phlebotomist - whose name I'll respectfully omit - who is truly outstanding. Whenever I encounter her, we have a genuinely pleasant interaction. The sole frustration lies in the telephone accessibility, which is incredibly challenging. Like many patients, I long for a straightforward process where we could directly schedule an appointment with our preferred physician, avoiding this exhausting cycle of repeatedly dialing and struggling to connect, only to ultimately consult the same doctor we initially wanted to see. Why can't we return to the previous, more convenient system?

These medical professionals are completely unacceptable. You're left sitting in the waiting room for an excessive amount of time, and the front desk staff display terrible attitudes. They initially scheduled my appointment at the Laurels location, then arbitrarily switched it to Sidney House without any notification. If the rating system allowed it, I would give them zero stars. The entire experience is thoroughly reprehensible.

Endless waiting and frustration with phone surgery

I received a call for phone support and spent two hours waiting, with one of those hours being told I was next in line, only to have my position reset to eighth in the queue. I attempted to call again later in the afternoon, and once more found myself supposedly next in line, but after an hour of waiting, the clock struck 5 pm and the line went dead. I'm still completely in the dark about the purpose of their call.
