Terrible service and unprofessional medical staff

I can't get anyone to pick up the phone no matter how many times I try. I've been attempting to reach them for what feels like forever and resorted to leaving a message in their cancellation voicemail since it's impossible to connect directly. Whenever I'm at their location, I notice the staff just hanging around, casually chatting and even discussing patient details. They're completely unprofessional and frankly, a total embarrassment.

Negligent doctor failed to diagnose serious back issue

A physician incorrectly diagnosed my spouse with muscle issues, but a subsequent scan revealed 3 disc herniations and nerve compression. She had been struggling with spinal disc complications for half a decade, yet the doctor refused to listen. During our initial consultation, he was dismissive when we requested medical certificates for disability support, bluntly stating we could have one document but shouldn't expect more, and callously remarking that cancer patients manage to work. The practice consistently delays or neglects repeat prescription requests, and one receptionist behaves with an unwarranted sense of superiority. An absolutely dreadful medical facility.

It's absolutely impossible to get through to this medical practice's phone line! I've been attempting to reach them since 11 AM to reschedule my appointment because of an unexpected issue. Yet, I remain completely unable to cancel due to their total lack of phone responsiveness.

Frustrating phone service ruins potential healthcare experience

Getting in touch with this medical practice is incredibly challenging! While the healthcare professionals are genuinely warm and welcoming during actual appointments, attempting to reach them by phone has become nearly impossible in recent weeks. It seems they've completely stopped answering calls, which is incredibly frustrating. I'm now forced to explore other healthcare options. Despite the staff's pleasant demeanor during in-person visits, their communication accessibility is seriously lacking. Truly disheartening.
