For three consecutive years, she was repeatedly sent home with dismissive explanations like "it's just gas" or "it's anxiety." Hospital visits were equally frustrating, with constant gaslighting that almost resulted in her death. Medical professionals should listen to patients and conduct thorough testing instead of casually turning people away. The week-long wait for appointments is unacceptable. Additionally, some receptionists lack basic customer service skills. I was told they had no referral details, which contradicts information I've heard previously from other sources. As a result, I'm actively seeking alternative healthcare providers.

Unprofessional medical staff failed my dying mother
Absolutely appalling service with unprofessional staff. During my recent visit, I overheard receptionists gossiping about a patient who had just called, openly discussing her after she hung up - complete breach of patient confidentiality. To make matters worse, I experienced a critical medical issue with my mother's palliative care. I needed morphine for her on Friday, went to the chemist, but no medication was available. I had to wait until Monday to contact the practice, who casually admitted the doctor forgot to submit the prescription. As a result, my terminally ill mother suffered in excruciating pain throughout the entire weekend. Unacceptable and heartless treatment 😞

Their booking system is ridiculously restrictive, allowing reservations only on the same day you call. If the timing doesn't suit your schedule, too bad - you're expected to try your luck again the next day. Your odds of securing a slot feel about as slim as winning a major lottery jackpot.

Incompetent doctors failed my sick child completely
First encounter with this medical practice in nearly a decade, and it will be my last. They mistakenly dispatched an incorrect prescription to the pharmacy for my unwell nine-year-old. It took nearly two hours and numerous phone calls from both myself and the pharmacist to obtain a corrected prescription, all while my daughter's condition worsened. When they finally issued a new prescription, they prescribed medication I had explicitly stated she should avoid due to family allergies. The entire experience was appalling from beginning to end. Thankfully, the compassionate staff at Cornwells stepped in to assist us. From what I observed, the surgery appears to be plagued by numerous issues stemming from careless errors. Upon reflection, I'm struck by the fact that not a single person I spoke with offered an apology for their mistake.

I scheduled an appointment in Silverdale for December 18th at 8:30 AM, but upon check-in, they claimed my name wasn't on the list. Despite showing the booking confirmation slip to the receptionist, they insisted my appointment was not booked. This treatment was extremely discourteous and felt like deliberate deception. Unhelpful nurse ruins important medical appointment day
I recently visited the clinic for a blood test and unfortunately misplaced my referral letter. A friendly receptionist suggested I not proceed without it. After apologizing to the nurse and explaining I could quickly retrieve the letter from home (having already taken a day off work), I was dismayed by her response. I noticed the patient ahead of me hadn't even shown up for their appointment, yet the nurse was dismissive. When I mentioned my GP's concerns about potential cancer, she merely pointed to her busy schedule and advised me to return to my GP for testing. Her cold and unsympathetic attitude was truly disheartening - may this heartless nurse learn some compassion!!
