Frustrating medical bureaucracy blocks essential blood test

I was directed to this facility by my physician and meticulously adhered to all provided instructions for a blood test. However, I was initially turned away because I lacked a printed version of the blood form, which essentially contained a bar code and URL. The receptionist insisted I email the document to their surgery inbox, but this attempt failed. Consequently, I was denied this critical and time-sensitive blood test due to the surgery's non-functional email system. When I proposed alternative solutions, they rebuffed me, claiming I was 'not one of their patients'. Despite following my GP's instructions precisely, I once again find myself confronting the frustrating possibility of compromising my health.

Caring staff ruined by terrible front desk attitude

The medical staff, including physicians and nurses, are incredibly kind and supportive, but unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the front desk team. Several receptionists display an unacceptable level of discourtesy and lack of professionalism, to the point where they should be called in for formal reprimands. Their in-person interactions are discourteous, and their telephone manner is even more abysmal.

Terrible customer service and useless website

The employees are courteous and accommodating, but only if you manage to actually reach them. Their phone system is utterly ridiculous, constantly redirecting customers to a website that's completely useless and lacks any meaningful assistance. I wasted half an hour on the phone just trying to track down my prescription, which is absurd. Moreover, they continuously push you towards a website that repeatedly fails to offer any straightforward solutions for basic inquiries.

Worst customer service ever absolutely terrible experience

Couldn't get through on the phone line, spent an hour and a half waiting and ultimately got disconnected. The customer service felt so slow, I started picturing the lazy slug from Monsters Inc handling calls. It took forever to inch up just one spot in the queue, and the entire time the phones were constantly ringing while staff seemed more interested in chatting about last night's events.
