Helpful receptionist made booking straightforward

Excellent experience throughout. From my initial telephone contact, the reception staff member was exceptionally helpful. When the clinician called to discuss my concerns, they were very kind and reassuring, and I was able to arrange a face-to-face appointment quickly. The clinical staff who provided my care were outstanding, and I feel very grateful to everyone involved.
