Appalling staff conduct at reception Disrespectful, insufferable, and completely indifferent to their responsibilities. Instead of properly managing administrative tasks, they seem more interested in consuming donuts and carelessly discarding important documents. Switching healthcare providers immediately!!!!!!!!

The convenience is remarkable - I can typically ring them from my workplace, just a short 10-minute drive away, and secure a same-day appointment if required. The surgery manager and reception team are incredibly supportive, and all the physicians are truly outstanding.

I was seeking a medical document from my physician to pause my gym membership due to health concerns. Both NHS 111 and my medical practice advised against attending with untreatable injuries like my fractured rib. Despite this, the clinic's receptionist flatly refused to provide the required documentation, leaving me in an impossible predicament. They suggested I file an email complaint, though I'm skeptical anything will come of it. I'll update on the responsiveness of the administrative staff.

Terrible reception ruins potential good medical experience

Getting in touch with reception is an incredibly frustrating experience that takes forever. The staff seem perpetually occupied, forcing you to repeatedly dial and wait. When you ultimately connect, the receptionist is shockingly discourteous and immediately brushes you off without genuine assistance. Ironically, the doctors themselves are actually quite competent once you navigate past the terrible front desk barriers. They desperately need to upgrade their telephone infrastructure and hire more patient-oriented administrative personnel.

Getting in touch with their customer service is a nightmare. The phone lines are constantly jammed, and you're left repeatedly dialing, desperately hoping to connect. It's like playing a lottery where your chances of reaching a representative are slim. The front desk staff and practice manager lack professionalism and courtesy. In stark contrast, the medical practitioners are exceptional - compassionate, skilled, and thoroughly dedicated. It's unfortunate that the administrative personnel, particularly the practice manager, tarnish the reputation of an otherwise excellent healthcare facility. My personal experience with the practice manager revealed deeply inappropriate and discriminatory behavior that stands in sharp contrast to the high-quality medical care provided by the doctors.
