Devastating medical negligence during my pregnancy loss

I sensed complications with my pregnancy when my HcG levels were declining. I requested hormone tests to check HcG and PdG, but was initially reassured not to be concerned. I persisted in my belief that something was amiss, and they finally consented to schedule the necessary blood work. However, they failed to follow through on their commitment, and no tests were ever arranged. Tragically, I experienced a miscarriage shortly afterward. I am overwhelmed with grief and find myself without words to express my profound sorrow.

Spa medical centre failed me and my family

Extremely subpar healthcare service. For half a decade, they've neglected my son's health checks and blood tests, dismissing concerns with a casual "kids are healthy" comment, even when chest pain was present. For years, I've been forced to chase test results during specific, inconvenient calling hours that conflict with work schedules. Getting through requires approximately 45 attempts and consumes around an hour of time. Most bewildering is their special phone line for Punjabi-speaking patients. Are we in Punjab? This country hosts a diverse population, yet they provide language-specific services only for one group. Booking a doctor's appointment is practically impossible. Morning calls rarely guarantee availability, and after 45 frustrating minutes on hold, you're often left without a consultation slot. Even scheduled appointments might not materialize with a callback. Prescription ordering is equally incompetent - they've repeatedly submitted incomplete medication requests by failing to review entire documents. When confronted about these systematic failures, their response is to remove patients from their practice instead of addressing service deficiencies. After five years, I received a single letter suggesting I find alternative medical care, effectively acknowledging their own inadequacies. "Absurd" perfectly encapsulates the Spa Medical Centre experience.

Dr Knight has completely destroyed my chances of receiving competent medical care elsewhere. This is a terrible medical practice that disregards patients' concerns, and one physician even had the audacity to mock me. Terrible medical care that left me traumatized

The most horrendous encounter I've ever had with medical professionals and their staff. As a 47-year-old parent, I visited the clinic three times within a week with my two children under 12 years old to receive medical care. During the third visit, I was interrogated about my mask, and when I explained my exemption, my family was harassed and turned away. Dr. Knight, who had seen me just days earlier and scheduled these appointments, forcibly removed us from the surgery. Neither he nor his receptionists were wearing masks, despite their demands. I have documented evidence of this entire discriminatory incident on video. They absolutely do not deserve any rating - may they face divine consequences for their appalling behavior.

Terrible healthcare experience with unhelpful doctors

Relocated from Scotland to England, and the medical care hasn't improved. The reception staff are pleasant when speaking on the phone, but the doctors are frustrating. When I contacted them about my symptoms, they immediately attributed it to COVID, despite my multiple negative test results. They insisted I isolate for an additional three days, which I found completely unreasonable. As a result, I'm planning to switch to a different medical practice.

Utterly let down! Endured a month of high fever and persistent cough before receiving appropriate medication. Encountered another frustrating incident requiring an MRI prescription in the UK after sustaining an injury in Italy, and despite presenting comprehensive documentation from the Italian emergency room, the physician refused to conduct a thorough examination. Consequence: experienced a fall during an ordinary walk, contrary to the doctor's claim that I could even climb. 5 stars solely for the compassionate nurse.
