The entire process was swift and completely painless, and I was out the door in no time.

Absolutely the most disappointing GPS service I've encountered - When scheduling appointments, their process is frustratingly vague - they claim they'll ask the 'appointment team' to contact you, but provide zero timeline - Incredibly, they openly state they won't send any appointment reminders, which is completely unacceptable - For a newborn's medical needs, they scheduled an appointment a full two weeks out - After conducting a blood test requiring urgent follow-up, they bizarrely scheduled the subsequent pharmacy consultation a staggering two months later

After some time since my initial 3-star review, I'm truly compelled to upgrade to a 5-star rating. I've gradually become comfortable with their Triage approach, which admittedly took me a bit to understand. I must emphasize that the service and care I receive is absolutely top-notch. The recently constructed medical facility enables them to offer a wide range of services, and everything is functioning exceptionally well. I'm genuinely impressed and feel incredibly lucky to have this practice as my healthcare provider.

Frustrating medical journey with no resolution

Struggling to find resolution with multiple healthcare providers, this medical issue is taking a serious toll on my mental well-being. I'm reluctant to elaborate publicly, but it's clear that someone needs to thoroughly investigate and address my concerns. The medical practice has been completely unhelpful when I've attempted to voice my complaints, leaving me frustrated and ultimately awarding them the lowest possible rating.

Frustrating gp service with unhelpful staff

Kim is always pleasant and welcoming. Dr Angel is the best physician I've encountered. The issue arises with scheduling appointments. I've been attempting to secure an appointment since January, and they've modified the phone consultation twice already. Currently, I have a phone consultation scheduled for January 26th. I'm hopeful I can arrange an in-person meeting with Dr Angel, as I'm experiencing severe ear pain and significant health concerns. On 3-7-2024, I called the GP three times and completed an online form due to intense chest pain, but the staff seems indifferent. I feel completely helpless and uncertain about my next steps. I'm extremely distressed. On May 22nd, I visited the pharmacy to collect medication I ordered last week, but the prescription wasn't available, despite the doctor confirming its arrival during Monday's phone consultation. I contacted the receptionist to reprocess the order, and she mockingly laughed, informing me I won't receive my medication until next Friday, punctuating her response with a dismissive "hahaha" and suggesting I leave. Without my medication, I'm experiencing over 20 bathroom visits. This situation is absolutely unacceptable. Treating a patient in this manner is completely inappropriate.

Their appointment scheduling is incredibly swift - when I needed to book a consultation, they turned around my request in no time, and incredibly, I was seen on the very same day, which is extremely rare in current healthcare settings. My initial experience has been thoroughly impressive.

She demonstrated remarkable compassion, truly understanding my discomfort and emotional state. As a thoughtful gesture, she provided a comprehensive checklist for ongoing maintenance and aftercare. Her meticulous approach and clear explanations throughout the procedure made me feel completely secure and well-cared for. I also extend my gratitude to Dr. Angel for accommodating my request for a follow-up consultation on May 1st. After an initial consultation on April 23rd with another physician, where my throat was not properly examined and I received only minimal treatment consisting of nasal spray and occasional pain relievers, my condition worsened, and I developed a fever. Dr. Angel listened attentively, thoroughly investigated my symptoms, conducted a swab, and on May 6th, confirmed a serious infection requiring antibiotics. While this experience has resulted in unpaid work days and potentially compromised my health as an immunosuppressed patient, I find it deeply frustrating that I had to persistently advocate for appropriate medical attention. My heartfelt thanks go to Dr. Angel and Nayla Salmi for their ultimately crucial support.
