It's the recurring issues with this medical practice. Yet again, I find myself without critical medication because someone appears indifferent to processing repeat prescriptions in a timely manner. I've been assured three separate times that my prescription would be dispatched immediately, yet I remain empty-handed. Such conduct is thoroughly unprofessional and unacceptable.

Rude receptionist ruins potential medical experience

I was anticipating a call yesterday evening from Jaba, a receptionist who was incredibly discourteous. She claimed she had called, and when I explained that I never received the call, she became argumentative, stating "whether you received it or not is irrelevant, I called." Upon requesting to talk to a manager, she flatly refused, saying no manager was available, and continued to argue in a supremely dismissive manner. She insisted I bring in my sample, despite my samples having been with them for over three days. She claimed someone would call me this morning, so I informed my managers and kept my phone nearby. No call came. The front desk service was absolutely terrible. In contrast, the nurses and doctors were excellent.

I've been under the weather for several days now. I reached out to the receptionist who was meant to return my call. I kept the phone volume high, waiting. When it rang, I went to answer, but the receptionist abruptly disconnected. Instantly, I got a text claiming they tried calling me twice without success. They suggested I call back if I still wish to communicate. The audacity is remarkable. They barely made an attempt to contact me. They couldn't even allow the phone to ring properly, let alone make multiple genuine callback attempts.

My grievance stems from an incident at the reception six months back on their previous premises. Despite waiting for seven minutes, no staff member acknowledged my presence. However, when two young women arrived after me, the receptionist immediately attended to them, completely disregarding my existence as if I were invisible. I departed, still experiencing significant pain and with my left hand severely swollen. I had simply arrived to honor a scheduled appointment, yet no one followed up or explained why I was not seen. I'm now hesitant about visiting their new facility, concerned I might once again be ignored and dismissed.

The surgical team of Shiraz, Kim, Grant, Paula, and Dr. Angel is performing the procedure. Agnieszka engages in manipulative tactics and is unsuitable for a leadership role. The primary physician missed diagnosing pneumonia, and patients should steer clear of them entirely. Review update: I ultimately departed from Spring Hill. During this transition, they misplaced the majority of my documentation, including my critical list of mental and neurological health medications. This oversight resulted in me being without essential medication for more than a month. The resulting stress and their deliberate lack of assistance to rectify their error caused me to experience a severe epileptic seizure.
