Extremely disappointing experience. Locum physicians hastily releasing a mental health patient simply for being vocal, which demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism. There are clearly superior medical practitioners available in this region who would handle such situations with more compassion and understanding.

Terrible medical practice with dangerous negligence

I've observed a significant decline in this medical practice's standards throughout my time here. There's a MASSIVE corresponding problem with their inability to respond to emails promptly. Particularly concerning my mental health medication, I've been left without essential prescriptions so frequently that I can't even keep track anymore. It's COMPLETELY unacceptable! I'm constantly having to chase the hospital pharmacy and manage my own health care. Their diagnostic approach is extremely unsatisfactory, and I feel they're not providing the comprehensive care required. I've reached my absolute limit and will definitely be changing my GP. Moreover, I experienced direct discrimination from the primary practitioner when I brought my child in with a head injury. Despite my genuine concern for my child's wellbeing, I was threatened with social services involvement... simply for being a caring parent and doing what any responsible guardian would do! HOW UTTERLY RIDICULOUS IS THAT! Absolutely appalling service

Worst medical practice ever with terrible customer service

Following our initial acceptance and enduring a 30-minute wait outside to provide identification and address verification, we received a phone call three weeks later informing us that we cannot use this medical practice due to living too far away. We reside merely 0.8 miles from the surgery! Moreover, the telephone receptionist delivering this news was unquestionably the most discourteous individual we've ever encountered. Her customer service skills are utterly non-existent - this is the same staff member who previously left us standing outside while attempting to submit our documentation! My wife is overdue for her cervical screening, and my two-year-old daughter requires medical attention. Now, we must all register with another medical practice. This situation is an absolute and complete embarrassment.

Sadly, the reception staff are absolutely dreadful - I've never encountered such an unpleasant, invasive, and unprofessional group before. Absolutely dreadful surgical experience. Scheduling an appointment was a complete ordeal. The reception team is unbearable - utterly unprofessional and lacking any semblance of customer service. The physicians are equally terrible, coming across as condescending and dismissive. This facility has completely lost its medical purpose and now feels like nothing more than a cash-driven operation focused solely on profit.
