Reception staff made me feel genuinely welcomed

I have nothing but praise for this practice. The clinical staff, nursing team, therapists and reception team have all been excellent in their approach, demonstrating a caring and considerate manner throughout. They have been fantastic in managing my various health concerns and are consistently thorough in their care. I would highly recommend this medical centre to any prospective patients. You will be in safe hands with all members of the team involved in your care.

Reception staff dismissive when help was needed

My family has had a negative experience at this practice. When my son required assistance, we felt the response was inadequate and were discouraged from making further contact during a difficult period. The clinical staff came across as unwelcoming and dismissive.

Receptionist was pleasant and genuinely helpful

This is an excellent practice. The clinicians are very competent and consistently make time to listen to concerns and provide thoughtful guidance. We have been registered with this practice for over 30 years and have had a positive experience throughout this period. The other medical staff have also been helpful when we have interacted with them previously. The administrative and reception team are equally pleasant and professional.

Reception staff didn't listen to my concerns

I attended to register at the practice and encountered difficulty during the interaction with the reception staff. When I politely asked for clarification, the staff member responded by speaking more loudly, which I found rather off-putting and somewhat disconcerting. The manner of communication made me feel uncomfortable at the time. It would be beneficial if the team could demonstrate greater awareness of diversity and employ a more considerate approach when communicating with patients.
