I contacted the clinic yesterday and was unable to secure an immediate consultation, being scheduled for next Wednesday instead. A pharmacist at the Tesco in Salford advised me to consult a GP. Upon calling again today and relaying the pharmacist's recommendation, I was fortunately granted an appointment. I must express my gratitude to Dr. Jude for his exceptional care. He was an extraordinary physician - compassionate, attentive, understanding, and incredibly professional. His approach was comprehensive and deeply empathetic, making him the most outstanding doctor I've encountered in a long time. Terrible healthcare that nearly cost me my life
if there was an option below zero stars, I'd select it. these healthcare providers abandoned me without my crucial medications for an extended period, ultimately informing me they couldn't supply them at all. they completely neglected proper diagnostic procedures and dismissively attributed all my symptoms to "anxiety". subsequently, it was discovered that I actually have a serious heart condition. they are utterly incompetent across the board. AVOID THIS PRACTICE AT ALL COSTS.

Hello. I am deeply frustrated that securing a doctor's appointment seems nearly impossible. Despite suffering from multiple health conditions and clearly explaining my need to consult a physician for ongoing treatment, the reception staff appears dismissive. Although English is not my primary language, I comprehend perfectly well that these employees are completely unresponsive. It feels degrading to justify my medical needs to unqualified personnel who somehow believe they know better than the doctors who have already determined my treatment plan. The medical professionals themselves are competent, but navigating the reception process is an absolute nightmare. Most recently, I received a text message abruptly canceling my appointment, forcing me to reschedule. When I request to see any available doctor, I'm met with responses suggesting I don't need an appointment, with promises of callbacks or messages that predictably never materialize. I am left feeling utterly disrespected and treated like an incompetent person, simply for attempting to access basic medical care from staff whose fundamental job is to facilitate patient scheduling, not to make medical judgments. I received an SMS for my mother to schedule a purple HCA appointment. I followed the booking procedure as instructed. Upon arriving at the center, the reception informed me that my mother required an interpreter and the appointment needed to be rescheduled two weeks later. The reception emphasized that for my mother's appointments, I must book via phone call to the center instead of using the online booking system. It's acceptable, but why wasn't this information communicated in the initial SMS? I've always booked my parents' appointments online without previous issues. It's incredibly frustrating to have taken time off work, brought my mother to the clinic, only to be told we need to follow a different procedure. My suggestions: 1. Could the SMS provide more comprehensive information about special requirements? 2. Would it be possible for staff to review bookings proactively and contact patients if there are potential issues? * I have the utmost respect for the nurses and staff who provide medical services to the public, and I hope my feedback can contribute to improving service quality in the future.

The doctors at this practice are competent, but the reception team is extremely disappointing. Their communication skills are abysmal, consistently claiming no appointment slots are available and providing inaccurate guidance. When I attempted to address a medical concern from the previous week, the receptionist dismissively suggested I go to the Emergency Department. The A&E staff were frustrated, stating my GP should have handled my request, but this seems impossible given the receptionists' unwillingness to listen. To make matters worse, when discussing a painful incident, a receptionist callously remarked "no pain no gain" - an utterly unprofessional and insensitive response that falls far below acceptable customer service standards.

Terrible gp practice with intrusive and unhelpful staff
Since relocating to this area, I've been a patient at this GP practice, and one glaring issue is their complete failure to transfer my medical records from my previous healthcare provider. Furthermore, it is utterly unacceptable that patients must disclose deeply personal medical information to a receptionist just to attempt scheduling an appointment, which has an extremely low probability of being same-day. I have never encountered such a dysfunctional system, where untrained receptionists feel empowered to interrogate patients about sensitive health details and then arbitrarily decide whether a condition merits an immediate GP consultation. No patient should feel humiliated entering their medical practice, knowing receptionists are privy to intimate health information, nor should individuals be forced to reveal personal medical issues in the public waiting area while others are present. Patients should not be subjected to invasive screening as a precondition for obtaining same-day medical attention, whether via telephone or in-person. I suffer from an undiagnosed condition characterized by intermittent, severe pain episodes. However, because I haven't sought treatment in just a couple of months (due to the unpredictable nature of my symptoms), I am deemed "non-emergent" and denied an immediate appointment. Consequently, I am condemned to endure intense pain for an additional week. The sole reason I continue with this practice is its convenient proximity. The service is astonishingly and utterly deplorable.
