Dangerous medical negligence at local gp clinic

I'm experiencing a nightmare with this general practice, staffed by completely incompetent medical professionals. They delegated my complex skin condition to a nurse who recklessly prescribed a steroid cream that triggered inflammation. Upon my return, I demanded to see a proper doctor who confirmed the nurse's incorrect diagnosis. As a result, I'm now left with permanent white and black spots scarring my neck that will disfigure me for life. Additionally, I suffered a finger injury involving ligament damage. The GP delayed my referral by over six months, which has now rendered my ligament injury irreparable and permanently debilitating. An absolutely horrific encounter with these negligent healthcare providers. I intend to file a complaint with the NHS, though I hold no hope they'll take meaningful action. My advice to others: be vigilant and seek multiple medical opinions. Your health is at stake.
