I enrolled at this medical practice in November 2024 during my third trimester of pregnancy. Since then, I've attended both pediatric wellness checks for my baby and my own medical consultations. Throughout the past 9-10 months, my interactions have included: - Consultations with 4 different physicians - Multiple vaccination appointments with the primary nurse Each medical professional I've encountered has consistently demonstrated excellent qualities: they arrive well-prepared by reviewing my triage notes, display genuine warmth, conduct comprehensive examinations, and excel in their respective roles. After becoming familiar with the triage form process and understanding the optimal times to complete paperwork or contact the practice, everything runs seamlessly. I've found their communication straightforward and their scheduling remarkably punctual. There was one isolated scheduling mix-up, but the staff handled it professionally, offering a prompt and sincere apology while quickly rectifying the situation. My appreciation for their service.

Prescription nightmare at local pharmacy

Absolutely no sense of responsibility or prompt service. I submitted a request for a repeat prescription medication five days ago and made multiple phone calls throughout the day, starting at 10am. Initially, they acknowledged their error and promised to resolve it immediately, assuring me they would call back. However, an hour passed with no communication. Each subsequent call resulted in repeated assurances that it would be handled within the hour. My final call at 5pm was met with a promise to complete it before closing time. Their lack of urgency is appalling. The following day, when I called again, they claimed the request was in a queue but "understood" its urgency. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

Incompetent front desk ruins otherwise great medical practice

I've consistently had positive interactions with the medical staff, physicians, and administrative processes. However, the front desk personnel have been a continuous source of frustration. After submitting forms to the front desk as my doctor instructed, I called to follow up and discovered they had misplaced them. Their dismissive response of "you'll just have to redo everything" seems to be their version of an apology, which falls far short of professional customer service.
