On the day of our appointment (14th), the receptionist remained equally pleasant and accommodating, even as we arrived in a hurried state. Dr. Thavarajah was remarkable - her expertise, empathy, and attentiveness were outstanding, and she genuinely paid attention to every detail of my concerns. It's disappointing to hear she'll be departing soon! The entire team is simply outstanding - I'm deeply grateful for the positive impact they've made on my healthcare journey!

He followed through by responding promptly the following day as he committed to doing. My only critique involves the front desk staff. I suggest they modify their greeting to include requesting date of birth along with name, rather than just demanding a name. It requires minimal effort to demonstrate basic courtesy, especially when interacting with patients who might be elderly, fragile, or experiencing health challenges. While I understand staff may encounter difficult individuals, it seems unfair to approach all patients with the same impersonal attitude.
