Terrible reception overshadows great medical care

The medical professionals at this practice are excellent, but the front desk personnel consistently display an unacceptable level of discourtesy. When I phoned earlier today to inquire about prescription renewal and whether I needed to consult the doctor first, the staff member responded with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude, essentially saying, "How should I know? It's YOUR prescription." Their combative tone was evident from the moment the call began, which appears to be a recurring issue. Additionally, my appointments are frequently mishandled, and they repeatedly fail to provide promised information, such as sending appointment links as they commit to doing.

Negligent doctors fail patient with dangerous infection

These doctors are utterly useless and show zero concern for their patients. They refuse to provide direct care and solely rely on rapid response teams. They deserve to be shut down for gross negligence. My brother is suffering from a urine infection and experiencing delirium, putting him at high risk of serious falls. The rapid response team confirmed the infection today and planned to prescribe antibiotics, but Dr. Choudry inexplicably blocked this, insisting on waiting until Monday. Meanwhile, my brother remains in danger of a potentially devastating injury. The doctor even had the audacity to message my brother directly, telling him to contact rapid response, fully aware of his chronic illness. This is a complete breakdown of medical responsibility and patient care. The ombudsman and CQC will definitely be hearing about this appalling and disgraceful treatment.
